A partnership between Destination Ontario, Destination Northern Ontario as well as thirteen sector organizations, Northern Ontario Travel is the voice of the North and over the past decade has welcomed over 13 million visitors from all corners of the world.
For the last eleven years, The New Business has worked with Destination Northern Ontario (DNO), Destination Ontario, and regional marketing leads from across the North providing editorial and website development services to the Northern Portal— northernontario.travel.
TNB built the website and now maintains, develops the content strategy, edits every piece of content, optimizes for search and social, manages paid ad campaigns, and reports results to all key stakeholders.
Our “consumer-first” approach of quality content, consistent social media promotion, strategic use of ad spend, and a new, easy-to-browse site design is paying off. It’s taken a lot of effort, patience, and ingenuity, but we are immensely proud to have played an important role in such a successful project.
